Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-10-28
This policy covers the Footroll 90' app for iPhone and Android and this website. It says what we collect, why, who helps us, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
Footroll 90' is made and published by Tomas Najner, a private person in Slovakia ("we", "us"). We are responsible for your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Address: Podhorského chodník 3255/5, 811 04 Bratislava, Slovakia
Email: support@footroll90.com
2. The short version
- There are no accounts. You never give us your name or email to play.
- Your game stays on your phone: tournaments, saved players with their names and colours, statistics, the Hall of Fame, Footroll Daily results and your settings. We never receive them. Deleting the app deletes them.
- The app uses three services: TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage data (you can turn it off), Google AdMob for the optional ads in the Footroll Daily extras, and RevenueCat for Club Pass purchases.
- We never sell your data.
3. Usage data (TelemetryDeck)
To learn which formats, dice and features get played, the app sends short, fixed events to TelemetryDeck: opening the app, starting and finishing a tournament, finishing a match you rolled, opening the Club Pass page, a purchase, sharing a result card, and an ad watched or failed. Each event carries a few fixed labels, such as the format, the dice style, the language or whether you won. Events never contain club names, player names or tournament names.
TelemetryDeck identifies your install only by an anonymous ID that is hashed on your phone, and it doesn't store your IP address. TelemetryDeck also records the app version, the platform and the operating system version.
This is on by default. To stop it, turn off Options → Privacy → Share anonymous usage data. See TelemetryDeck's privacy policy.
4. Ads (Google AdMob)
The app shows an ad only when you choose to watch one, to unlock a Footroll Daily extra. There are no other ads.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks you first. To change your answer later, use Options → Privacy → Ad choices.
- On iPhone the app never asks to track you, and it asks Google for non-personalised ads only.
- To show and measure an ad, Google may process your device's advertising ID (on Android), your IP address and information about your device, as described in Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
5. Purchases (RevenueCat, Apple, Google)
Apple or Google take the payment for the Club Pass. We never see your card or bank details. RevenueCat keeps an anonymous app user ID and your purchase records (which plan, when it renews or ends), so the app can check and restore your Club Pass. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
6. Sharing a result
When you share a result card, the picture goes to the app you choose in your phone's share sheet. We never receive it.
7. This website and launch emails
Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web server, it briefly logs technical data such as your IP address and browser to keep the site secure. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites. This website sets no cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you sign up for launch emails, Buttondown stores your email address and sends our emails. You confirm your address first, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We keep your address until you unsubscribe. See Buttondown's privacy policy.
8. Emails to support
If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you. We keep them as long as we need to help you, and at most two years.
9. Why we're allowed to
- Your consent: ads where Google's consent form applies, and launch emails. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Our legitimate interest in improving the game and keeping the website secure: anonymous usage data and server logs. You can object at any time; for usage data, the switch in Options does it.
- Our contract with you: checking and restoring the Club Pass you bought.
10. Children
Footroll 90' is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are a parent and think your child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
11. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or move it elsewhere. You can also object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent. Email support@footroll90.com. We answer within one month.
Most of your game data never reaches us, so the quickest way to delete it is to delete the app.
You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, or to the authority in the country where you live.
12. Data outside the EU
Some of these services may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where they do, they rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
13. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top changes too. We also mention important changes in the app's store listing.
